Return & Exchange Policy
- Rice products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Opened packets are eligible for return or exchange, provided the rice is uncooked, dry, and in good condition.
- Upon return, the quantity of rice being returned will be weighed by Tasawar Naturals.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed based on the actual weight of the rice returned, regardless of the original package size.
- The returned rice must not be cooked, wet, spoiled, or otherwise damaged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For damaged, incorrect, or defective products, customers should contact Tasawar Naturals as soon as possible after delivery.
